Information pack to celebrate International Year of Biodiversity (IYB 2010). Produced by the UK National Commission for UNESCO it includes practical suggestions for how schools can celebrate IYB and examples of how UNESCO helps protect biodiversity in the UK, including case studies from UNESCO Biosphere Reserves and natural World Heritage Sites.

A hard copy is being sent to all ASPnet Schools in the UK and is also down-loadable from the MAB -UK website.

Hedgeucation - A leaflet with some simple activititees for children related to Devon's special hedgerows. Hedgerow bingo, food web game, scavenger hunt, hendge sounds, hedge postcards. There are also activities linked to science, geography, english language, art and history within the National Primary Curriculum. Leaflet produced with support from DCC, English Nature and Defra.
