Managing the Biosphere Reserve

Day to day management and coordination of Biosphere Reserve activities is provided by the Northern Devon Coast and Countryside Service. Advocacy, support and guidance on work and priorities is provided by North Devon's Biosphere Reserve Partnership. This is a group of governmental and non-governmental organisations and individuals representing a variety of interest groups within the Reserve.

The North Devon Biosphere Foundation is a company limited by guarantee whose role is to be a driving force and delivery agent for the Reserve. It is committed to the strategy and action plan and works closely with the Tarka Country Trust.
