Selaine is responsible for the Natural Capital Marketplace (NCM), engaging with landowners, developers and corporates to take forward natural capital trades and ensure delivery of environmental outcomes, including Biodiversity Net Gain, carbon markets, and nutrient neutrality.

Darren Searle

Natural Flood Management Advisor / Smart Biosphere Manager

Darren co-designs natural flood management measures with landowners and manages the Smart Biosphere, a network of environmental sensors that track river levels and water quality around North Devon.

lead ecologist

Rob is lead ecologist and supports two of our ongoing projects by conducting terrestrial ecology assessments and design monitoring schemes; he also delivers ecology focused community & youth engagement activities.
